The height of 'clean' with moisturisers to help prevent the skin from drying. Because men-u shower gel is ultra concentrated, a little goes a long way. After the initial fresh fragrance, mint permeates through to give you a lift. So whether used first thing in the morning, in the evening or after exercise you will feel reactivated and invigorated.
 
Squeeze a small amount into wet palm ( small thumb size ) and generate lather between palms in shower. Then apply over the body, keeping out of the eyes. Apply more shower gel as required. Rinse well. 

Make sure cap is secure when not in use.
